About the Workshop:

Grounded in scientific research on brain health, mobility, and nervous system regulation, this workshop guides participants through a step-by-step process to improve:

  • Functional strength

  • Posture and movement efficiency

  • Mental clarity and focus
     

We begin with a simple wellness assessment, then progress through physical, mental, and emotional practices that reconnect the body and mind.

Participants learn how to repurpose the fight-or-flight response, building resilience and improving their ability to handle stress—both physically and mentally.

Where is the workshop?

The workshop can be delivered in conference centers or local resorts.  Outdoor sessions can also be requested, gazebos are preffered with access to power and facilities.
