About the Workshop:

Grounded in years of scientific research, this workshop takes participants on a step-by-step journey to master techniques for increasing functional strength, mobility and mental clarity.
 

We begin with a wellness assessment, then move through physical, mental, and emotional practices that bridge the connection between body, mind, and spirit. These tools are designed to reframe the body’s fight-or-flight response, helping participants navigate life’s most challenging situations with greater ease and resilience.
 

Join Wellness Specialists Al and Carol to discover time-tested strategies that boost confidence, strengthen the body, and help you to handle any challenge—both in and out of the gym.

Who should attend?

The class is designed for aging adults who want to maximize their quality of life by gaining strength, balance and mobility, while minimizing the risk of injury.

Where is the workshop?

The workshop can be delivered in conference centers or local resorts.  Outdoor sessions can also be requested, gazebos are preffered with access to power and facilities. 

When is the workshop?

We are now accepting reservations for Spring and Summer 2026.
