Wellness by Humans

At Kairos Wellness Experience (KWE), we believe true health isn't found in an algorithm—it’s built through the intersection of biological science and human connection. We call this Wellness by Humans.

 

Alfonso "Al" Gonzalez

Al’s journey spans over 25 years at the highest levels of physical and mental performance—from police academies and elite universities to master-level coaching in brain health and tactical fitness. With a deep background in Instructional Design, Al is the architect of the KWE methodology. He specializes in the pedagogical "hardware" of the human system, creating structured frameworks that allow the mind and body to find their flow even in high-stakes environments.

 

Carol Smith Gonzalez

Carol serves as the Heart/Mind Connection for KWE. With a background in Physical Education and years or experience as a Fitness Center Director and Exercise Science mentor, she specializes in translating complex wellness concepts into actionable, daily habits. Carol specializes in the high-energy, high-mobility disciplines of Spin, HIIT, and Mobility. Her expertise ensures that the KWE community has the physical resilience and nutritional foundation to manage their flow daily.

As we look toward 2026, the world is being flooded with generic, automated advice. We take a different path.

 

While we embrace the tools of the future to reach more families, our wisdom remains human. Whether you are a parent teaching your child nasal breathing to improve their focus or an athlete seeking peak performance, you are receiving a methodology earned in the gym, the classroom, and the field.

Who do we serve?

​We are dedicated to helping anyone achieve optimal functional fitness, as well as emotional wellness and peace of mind. 

Where are our workshops offered?

We are offering workshops at partner indoor sites and select outdoor locations in Central NY - during the warmer months, of course!  🙂

 

When are our workshops?

Schedules vary, but workshops are mostly delivered weeknights and during the weekends. 

Our Ultimate Goal: To help our clients develop inner peace and happiness by repurposing adversity and eliminating negativity.
